Students Compete at Reflection Symposium in Palm Springs

Congratulations to all of the students who participated this year in the Student Competition in Palm Springs at the Reflection Symposium. This year we had 28 students representing 6 schools. The students all did a fabulous job and they continue to surprise and inspire us year after year.

This year’s winners are:

Arrangement – Students were asked to Create a Connective Line arrangement for the bridal party

Fashion Flower – Create a floral necklace for the bride to wear at the wedding reception that has a little bit of shimmer and shine.

Flowers to carry – We asked the students to create a crescent bouquet that has a strong focal.

Interpretive

The students were asked to interpret a piece of art for an art in bloom event. This design must have some layers in it.

She will receive the PFDE scholarship from the AIFD Foundation to enroll in PFDE within the next 3 years.
