In celebration of the American Institute of Floral Designers’ (AIFD) 60th anniversary, it’s important to recognize the visionary leaders who helped shape the organization’s early years. The presidents of AIFD during the 1960s laid the foundation for the institute’s growth and influence in the floral industry. Their dedication and passion not only propelled AIFD into a respected professional association but also helped elevate the floral design profession to new heights. Reference materials were taken from the AIFD 1965-1991 History book.
