AIFD Foundation

The AIFD® Foundation Board of The Trustees established the AIFD® Foundation Catastrophic Fund to assist with physical damage to property, resulting from a natural disaster, in a timely manner.

There is no doubt that Marie Ackerman took the time to truly know you, what meant the most to you, how you spent your day, and what you hoped to accomplish. She met each person with focused conversation and encouragement to reach for the stars and shine.

The World-class Lecture and Hands-on Demonstration will illustrate a variety of styles showcasing the flowers that each attendee will work with hands-on to better understand.

In the spirit of Matt Wood AIFD’s philosophy and to endow the Matt Wood AIFD Fund, the AIFD Foundation offers floral designers and floral enthusiasts to show us what “just make it pretty” means to you!

The AIFD Foundation is excited to extend an opportunity for you to apply for one of the several Scholarships made possible by the numerous Endowed Funds within the AIFD Foundation.

AIFD always welcomes the opportunity to partner with students and colleges offering Horticulture degrees. At the AIFD Southern Chapter, there are two student chapters (SAIFD) in the region.

AIFD Foundation CFD Scholarship This scholarship, with the support of the AIFD Education Partners noted on the Application, provides up to $1,000 for expenses and class registration to a PFDE Preparatory Class.
