The Garden Club of America (GCA) named Chris Norwood AIFD, vice president at Tipton & Hurst in Little Rock, AR, as one of it’s distinguished honorary members for 2020. Members are professionals with established reputations in gardening, botany, conservation, education and design, who contribute their efforts to the GCA.
The students in the Environmental Horticulture and Floristry Department at City College of San Francisco were delighted to have alumni Jennifer Lato AIFD, CFD present for them. Jennifer inspired the students with her wedding, event and corporate designs.

On Christmas day of 2019, Society of Chinese members of AIFD spent a joyful and warm holiday with their members in Shanghai.
The Society of the Chinese Members of AIFD from China hosted a Body Flower Fashion Show at the 2nd “Exhibition Cup” to showcase the creative flair of members.
It all started with a Google search, “Who decorates the White House for Christmas?” and the rest was history… well almost! Actually, my Google search led me to WhiteHouse.gov, which I had to do a bit of searching to find more information, before I eventually landed upon the application to apply as a volunteer to decorate the White House for the 2019 holiday season.
