Southern Chapter is kicking off the year with a bang. We have been out and about in the region and several of our members competed in competitions and placed in the top three.
Jolene Power AIFD competed at NCFA and took first place in the bridal bouquet competition and second place in the miniature competition. Jackie Lacey AIFD, Sharon Ivey AIFD, Jene Sleeman AIFD, competed in the prestigious Sylvia Cup competition during the recent SAF Convention. With Jackie coming in first place and Sharon coming in second place.
Ben Lee AIFD, Andie Muller AIFD, Ralph Giordano AIFD all earned their PFCI accreditation. Ralph also earned his AAF.
Good luck to our members competing at the Gateway to the Americas Cup, Susana Ortega AIFD, Michael Smith AIFD, and Jeena Sleeman AIFD. We know you will do great and can’t wait to see the pictures.
Congratulations to our members who passed their PFDE! We are excited to see you be inducted in California in 2025! We hope you will consider joining a committee and getting involved with your chapter.
Looking ahead to our future, we want you to Save the Date for Gather, March 7-9, 2025. It will be at the FFA Leadership Training Center in Hardinsburg, KY. This immersive design weekend will be packed with educational hands-on classes as well as design and business programs.
