It is the 10 stem bunch method, and I got tons of positive feedback about it. Taking 10 stem bunches and separating them into 3 sized specials. One vase gets 2 stems from each bunch, one vase gets 3 stems from each bunch and one vase gets 5 stems from each bunch. Cuts down on waste, helps with ordering, and designing is a breeze! 
Here’s a very simple special we do every year. We named it mom’s garden, or monarch kisses.
